Our website aims to provide consumers with a simple and convenient way to order fresh produce and other products for home delivery. The interactive menu allows you to easily build and submit your orders with a click of a button.

To place an online order, users must create a unique "user name" and "password." The "user name" is personal to each member, and SultansNuts.ae is not liable for any issues arising from the use of a password. Your user information is not shared with third-party companies.

Order Placement and Processing

After selecting your items and building your order, click the "Checkout" button. Please review your information for accuracy before proceeding. Upon receiving your order, SultansNuts.ae will begin processing it and provide confirmation of receipt.

Payment options include cash on delivery or card payment. Unauthorized online payments will lead to a return to the previous page on the website, and services will not be provided. While we strive for accurate pricing and descriptions, we reserve the right to cancel orders based on inaccurate information.

Order cancellation may be possible within 30 minutes of confirmation by emailing Info@sultansnuts.ae with the order reference number.

Product Delivery

Buyers are responsible for accurate delivery addresses. SultansNuts.ae is not liable for any delivery errors. Delivery times may be impacted by external factors beyond our control. If a client is unavailable at the specified address during delivery, the ordered products will not be delivered elsewhere. The member assumes legal responsibility for ordering products to an address where they do not exist.

Data Privacy

We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to any third parties.

Governing Law

Any purchase, dispute, or claim related to this website will be governed and construed in accordance with UAE laws.

International Product Delivery

SultansNuts.ae is an E-Commerce Service, not a manufacturer. Product descriptions and images are accurate to our knowledge, but not warranted as complete. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees associated with international shipping. Clients should understand these charges and their country's regulations before making a purchase.
