Returns and Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of most of our items, we can only accept returns on items within 5 working days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to us via email at info@sultansnuts.ae, and our team will respond within 48 hours.

Exclusions from Returns

Returns cannot be processed if:

1. The item was purchased more than 5 working days ago.
2. The product's packaging has been opened.
3. You've decided that you do not like the item after opening it.

For items where nutrition and macronutrient information is crucial, please carefully review the provided information before making a purchase. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Refund Process

If you choose a refund over an exchange, the following process will be followed:

1. For Cash On Delivery orders, we will coordinate a suitable collection time for the return of goods.
2. If you made payment using a credit card, we will arrange a convenient time and location for the item to be collected.
3. Once we receive your returned item at our office and inspect it, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. Upon approval, your payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date of approval.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

We kindly remind you that while we may cover shipping costs for issues attributed to us, delivery charges will not be refunded.
